“Awful! Awaiting replacement for the items I ordered due to complaint submitted as per the below; Evening, I have just received a package that I ordered online and am disgusted with the condition my items were delivered in. These 3 items were purchased as wedding gifts for my fiancé’s best men and I wouldn’t even want to wear them if they were for myself. Being from a quality assurance background myself, I have absolutely no idea how these passed your quality control. The packages are ripped and damaged and upon opening the items they are tattered and threads are loose. They look like they have been worn and then sent back! This is totally unacceptable. I would like 3 new pairs sent out in the sizes and colours as per my order in the correct condition they should have been sent out in. Regards. Rebecca”

“Women’s converse trainers are labelled in the incorrect sizing, they are actually in men’s sizing. As of this, I went to order a women’s 6.5 but got sent a men’s 6.5(women’s 8.5), alongside this I also paid for next day delivery. I have tried contacting customer services and the responses are extremely slow. Not happy with using the website at all after this dissappointing and frustrating experience. Alongside this the boxes for the trainers were completely damaged. So would be no good as a gift”

“They sell some good stuff. There website isn't as user friendly as others, also they take forever delivering and charge£4.95 and they don't keep you updated. But then again it's worth the good clothes”

“My biggest issue was the delivery situation. I don't mind paying £4.99 for it to be delivered to my home but then to have to cover the full cost of returns seemed very unfair - especially as they were so high because the coat I'd ordered was so heavy. I don't understand at all why I couldn't just return it to the local branch of USC for free like with all other shops. I will never order from USC again because of this bizarre returns policy.”

“Very poor customer service and postage costs is high even when ordering a high cost order then you also have to pay return postage. Sizing very poor ordered two tops in the same size Style and brand and one was too small and the other like a bin bag! Will not order again.”

“the date stated for delivery on my initial order was missed by over a week with no communication from the company. i emailed to ask what had happened to my delivery but i did not get any reply. the only communication i received was auto bot emails and nothing from an actual human explaining why my order was late or showing any sense of common curtesy or customer service”

“Received items next day. 1 item arrived on a hanger with plastic over it upon inspection this item was damaged in multiple places had to return damaged item at own cost no happy. When paying a large amount of money for products this was not checked prior to dispatch seeking a full refund and postage cost as this was not my fault.”
