“Variety of clothing available is good. Updates via email good and time to be processed and delivered is good. Delivery charge for the value of order could be more competitive including the charge for returns.”

“These items were faulty. I have already sent two items back but the one I have kept I found that this is faulty. The belt material is coming away from the main part of the dress on the Firetrap wrap around dress! Not impressed when paying over £20.”

“Didn’t even want to give them 1 star, I returned an item 3 weeks ago and had an email saying they were refunding me as my replacement was out of stock but still no refund, I’ve tried emailing them in several occasions and no response, tried emailing through PayPal and no response, tel number given on PayPal doesn’t work !! I tried emailing Soort direct as that’s who owns them and still nothing. Couldn’t find a telephone number to contact them but nothing. The worst company I have ever shopped with and will NEVER use them again”

“Ordered my item for next day delivery. Got an email as I was at work to say my parcel was delivered. Got home, no parcel & nobody had any indication of a parcel. Emailed the "customer service" department and got a reply 3 days later. Sent my response and now 3 further days I'm waiting for another reply. I'm sorry but no way are you that busy it takes so long to respond to a paying customer. Awful”

“Hate the fact you don’t offer refunds as part of your service and I wasn’t made aware of this when I purchased somthing from you. As a result of that unless it was somthing for myself I had tried on and knew it fitted I wouldn’t shop with you again for a gift as you are very limited with choice and sizes. Over all wouldn’t return as my first place to shop.”

“Not happy with this particular order - two nice jackets rolled up and stuffed into the packaging meaning when I unpacked them they were creased and crumpled and looked awful. They will be getting returned unfortunately”
