Paid for next day delivery but didn't receive items next day. Did receive the extra delivery charge back though, but this didn't make my nephew get his present on his birthday.

Ordered online, a pair of led trainers, as it was a present, I expected pristine, or at least both new condition for both trainers. Once open on arrival, they have clearly sent me a trainer from the shop floor (without any kind of notification), wasn’t charged up for the led lights to work along the bottom, and visibly clearly worn, as the inside was in terrible condition. Tried to return to sport direct/usc today, asked about an exchange, only to be told ‘you will have to check the shoe department’, I did actually refuse and asked for them to check as I refused to wait for someone to appear, then wait for them to check, I had just waited half an hour to get served and as soon as I was handed a infants pair of shoes, staff member walked away and was never seen again. After them checking the stock, they didn’t have the exact pair but I did see one similar,( same shoe, same size, same make, led lights included just an extra cost), so checked for that trainer, was in stock and managed to exchange in store at a charge of an extra £16.50! However, although I’m thankful we managed to exchange in store, if I hadn’t, it would of been up to me to do the returns, and at my own cost too! I think £4.99 for delivery is too high but for me, I would expect free returns included in that cost. I did order online to save me the trip into a busy shopping centre, but not only did I have to make the trip, I also wasted my time doing numerous calls to different stores to be able to check if the items were in stock, on each phone call, only managed to speak to one member of staff, got either hung up on, or no one answered. Appalling service, will rethink when buying from Sport direct or USC!

I’ve rated this as very poor as the goods that I had purchased were not in a condition for sale in my opinion. I purchased a brown pair of shoes and was shocked at the condition as were your staff within the retail store in Irvine, North Ayrshire as 1 shoe was ok and brown where as the other shoe was discoloured and light brown as if it had been left within heat or sunlight. This should of been picked up when the goods were picked and checked in store before shipment. Whoever picked my order from store either didn’t bother to inspect the order or couldn’t care less about it. Shoes have been returned for a full refund.

I was appalled by USC. I ordered a pair of kickers for my son paid £4.99 delivery then when they came they sent the wrong size. No phone number to contact only email and took 5 days to reply. I had to send them back and pay for postage! £10 on postage and no boots. Customer service was terrible for a mistake the company made!

I queued for 10 mins in the Meadowhall store to then be told I needed to go upstairs to sports direct to collect my order, again there was a 15 min queue. I purposely ordered my daughter a size 2 & 3 in the same trainer as we weren't sure what size she needed. We tried them on in the shop and I asked if I could refund the size 2 as the size 3 fit her. I was then told after again queuing to return them that it has to be done online (and the cost of sending them back was on me) or I could have a credit note. All in all it was ridiculous and it would have saved me time and expense by just going into store

I wouldn’t online shop at USC due to not being able to return my purchase at the Sport Direct store. I had to return my purchase through post with the cost of £11! Not only having to pay £11 I had to pay delivery charge of £4 when I payed for the item online. I am utterly disgusted and would not being shopping at USC again!

Good service and good communication. Package arrived when expected. Contents as described . I am just a tiny bit disappointed in the quality of the underwear which is different to my other Calvin Klein purchases. However I felt that this purchase was very good value for money.

On this occasion I had to use USC as they were the only retailer with the trainers I wanted. But if possible I'd use other outlets first, like Jd sports or footasylum.com, as delivery of ordered items arrives quicker than any order from USC. Plus these online stores always provide free delivery. I begrudge paying USC the extortionate £4.99 for below standard delivery. Long term, I believe they'd benefit by scrapping the standard delivery charge. 1. They would match their competitors. 2. Delivery charges like this, drive customers to look elsewhere. 3. Less complaints, I would imagine as customers will accept a later delivery date when it's Free. 4. Competitors in this market are more desirable with their free of charge standard delivery service. And they've been doing this for years. 5. USC's Competitors rarely need or ask for feedback. I assume this is due to dealing with a higher volume of customer sales. 6. Maybe its time for USC to realise, profit(if any?) from delivery charges, would pale in comparison to profit made from the extra custom generated by discarding them and offering a free delivery service.

A order that i placed with usc and did not get, i had to chase it up, as no one told why it was sent back, you took my money and no item, poor customer service support, i don,'t think i would shop with usc again

4th order in a row with issues. This time shoes and packaging very damaged. Rubbish that you dont have free return postage. Other previous orders arrriving dirty, damaged or cancelled of my order as out of stock so i get half the order arriving. Am fed up now going to switch to ASOS. Your service has gone downhill your going to lose all your customers if u dont sort it out

Items took a long time to be dispatched. Over a week from initial order to delivery. When paying around £5 for postage this should be better
