“Ordered tshirt and joggies, tshirt got cancelled after i ordered so wanted to cancel joggies, their wasnt a number to contact usc so i emailed them and still not heard nothing back! So having to send joggies back as theirs no point having them without the tshirt! Very poor customer service”

“Ordered a nail polish remover cream and two sauna masks. Packaging was tatty and ripped- not a good start. The one sauna mask I’ve tried didn’t heat up at all. So not impressed so far.”

“ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. DID NOT GET MY ORDER BECAUSE THE PICK UP SHOP THAT I ARRANGED TO COLLECT MY PARCEL FROM WHICH WAS HALFORDS DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH CAPACITY TO RECEIVE MY SMALL PACKAGE. THEREFORE MY ITEM WAS RETURNED TO USC UNKNOW TO ME THE REASON WHY. UNTIL I INVESTIGATED WHY I DID NOT GET MY PARCEL. NEVER AGAIN, NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY REFUND AND I WONT GET IT UNTIL THE PARCEL IS RECEIVED AT USC”

“I am uncertain as I have to send an item back and await your decision: it's in the post now You charged me the full price but it was reduced to £4.00 on the attached garment lab I sent it back partly because it was too small If the next size up is sent I wonder if it will come with a reduced in price label and if I will then get a decent refund or voucher or if the full price will be charged”

“I ordered an item it was too small I had to pay for the return it as there were no bigger sizes in addition to having to pay for the delivery, my item was already expensive. I had no benefit of the item and I've spent £10 in delivery”
