“Shoes faulty so returned to store - no refund on del cost of £6. Had to reorder as not available in store so another £6. £12 del in total so won’t order again!”

“Can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone to ask if I can take a jacket and exchange for the next size up. Does not give me the option how to contact anyone. I have also google the number and the number that come up I can’t get a hold of customer service. This is my first time using usc online as my son just started to wear the clothes that you supply but I’m not sure if I would do online again.”

“Reading reviews that described various problems I was a bit worried that it was not going to be a straight forward order but I could not have a better experience. My new ski jacket was delivering on time, in perfect condition and at I paid £100 for a jacket that had originally been £500! I would not hesitate to shop with USC and can highly recommend it.”

“Awful, horrific courier service! No contact details or calling cards left just kept trying to deliver at the same time each day (11am) on a Monday Tuesday and wednesday! Erm hello....people work! Looked for a contact number online to try and make arrangements but only get through to a basic automated system...zero use. Now my order is somewhere on its way back to USC, apparently I’ll get a refund...I don’t want a refund I want my order!!”

“Order was fine but the delivery was not. My parcel was delivered to the wrong street. I had no idea where it was. I emailed USC on the Tuesday when I received notification from Hermes that my parcel had been delivered but it was not delivered to my door. They told me it had been delivered to number 11. When I emailed Hermes they said the parcel had been left with a neighbour but not in my street. They had tried to deliver it to 7 turret drive but my address is 7 fortingall cres. They had left it at no 11 turret drive. I emailed USC back to ask when my parcel would be delivered to the correct address and they said they would look into it. That’s the last I heard from USC. The Hermes driver told the parcel recipient where we lived and she had to bring it along to us. This was now Thursday - 2 days after I had been told it was delivered. By the way she had already opened it thinking it was hers. I still have not heard back from USC even for an apology and will NEVER buy anything from this website again. Sheila Pirrie”

“Ordered coat, cost £7 to get delivered next day which I didn’t mind, but didn’t fit so had to return, then cost over £7 to return. Won’t be using USC again as can get a better service at other stores.”

“Service delivery was 1st class , returns are a disgrace , cost me more to return than the shoes cost , I feel this is unjustified and because of this there is a very good chance I will not be returning to USC Regards Craig Jones”

“I give a poor 1 star rating because both the customer service agents didn't manage to satisfy me by answering the questions I had asked. They also showed me no care or consideration, and because of this very poor after care sadly after being a customer of yours for a while now, I will be like I mentioned to them, I'll be closing my account down.”
