“twice now I order items, they charge you then email saying the items are no longer in stock. so then your waiting for a refund. And they charge you £5 postage and when you are only getting half your items it ain't worth it. be cheaper to go to shops as the web is meant to be convenient. poor service when I emailed them too.”

“I liked everything from the shopping experience right through to purchase and receipt of goods, but my only gripe, which is why i gave 4 stars, is that the buyer has to pay for return postage!!?!?!?!??”

“Usually a great service last order chose 3 items for2 to get cancelled and then charged delivery for a single item. I emailed asking for the order not to be processed only for it to be delivered. I then had to make a complaint to be refunded the delivery charge which i was grateful for. Usually great experience, great clothing, great quality”

“Good cheap prices for high quality designer labels, delivery was a expensive for how long it took and taking in to consideration the size [able to fit through a small letterbox] apart from that all ok.”
