“Usually have great service from USC , but this time was a slight exception , 2 of the T-shirt’s came packaged fine but the third T-shirt was scrunched in to a ball and shoved into a tiny bag , it also has stains on the front ... and there’s no point in sending it back because that would cost 5 pound when the T-shirt only cost 12”

“I paid for next day delivery but my order turned up 2 days later. You sent me 2 packs of the wrong boxers which I now have to pay for delivery to send back to you! Bit of a joke really can’t be that hard to send 4 packs of Calvin Klein boxers out which are all the same!”

“Ordered two pairs of Lacoste joggers and had one cancelled as out of stock even though the website and the app still showed stock. I emailed three times before I got a response from someone each time including a screen shot showing that they were still stocking the item and asking why my order was not being fulfilled properly. I finally got a reply saying that on pick it was not available and I had been refunded so that was it. I replied again saying that to order it again as it still says it's in stock will mean paying delivery again which is unfair and asking for a solution to which again days later I have had no reply. Order from Reebok and they deliver when things become available and send part orders when needed, order from Amazon and they can process based on available stock and deliver when it becomes available. USC stock ordering is rubbish, their customer service and response speed is way below par. I am not out of pocket financially but time and effort wise I completely am. I wanted two pairs, got one and then a "It's tough" message instead of a positive solution. Three photos showing in stock attached but without me paying delivery again no way of ordering. So unhelpful and such poor service.”

“An enjoyable online shopping experience overall. The item was true to it's picture as was the sizing and also the fast standard shipping was impressive too. I've yet to send anything back which is why I can only go with the four star rating for now. At these prices I will most certainly be using USC again, thank you.”
