“Good for the money. As it was a present I was quite dissapointed as the box it arrived in wasn’t in very good condition. The box was quite battered to be honest. So unless just bought for yourself it wouldn’t be a problem.”

“Brand variety is good, although not so many different products available per brand. My order was dispatched on 10-JAN-2019, but not yet received, so I cannot say anything about the products themselves at this stage. If all is well with the products after receipt, I will definitely buy again from USC.”

“Good range of products at good prices. Often on sale when they aren't with other retailers. However I received a faulty item, had to argue my case o we a period of time before getting a refund and they didn't refund the postage back to them. Mixed experience”

“Items ordered were packaged well and received when expected. They were good value for money and of good quality. The only downside was two out of the four items, all being the same size ordered, were of a slightly smaller fit than the other two. This is a shame when they were the same make of clothing.”

“i have never got the parcel, hermes said they have delivered it but unsure where to. can you please chase them from your side and advise or issue credit. we have e mailed hermes but dont seem to be getting any help many thanks”

“Well the 2 boxes of trainers arrived in a right bad state !!! Probably Hermes fault but they should be better stronger boxed, also in one of the Reebok trainers box the trainers were missing all tags off the trainers plus no reebok tissue paper etc.. also the right shoe had very badly discoloration to it , so was obviously a display one !! These were for a gift so could not give them in this state..very disapointed will not be buying anything again from this company...”

“I was absolutely disgusted to find that my sale items arrived with a great lack of care to packaging. Of the three items I received in a bag that was way too small for the three items; one was in its plastic wrapping, one was half in half out, one had no wrapping; and a three appeared to have just been stuffed inside. Overall, fantastic sale but massive lack of care for the items being delivered which overall was quite disappointing.”
