“I am just disappointed that for the second time ordering from you, the electronic store tag is still attached to some of the clothes in the order. This means I have to go downtown and have someone in a shop remove it, and that is an inconvenience as people may believe I have actually stolen the goods.”

“The customer service was great-I was kept up to date about my order and scheduled delivery time. My items arrived correctly, and as pictured on the website. The quality of my items (2 sweatshirts) was good. One of the sweatshirts was slightly more fitted in style than I expected, but I would certainly shop with USC again.”

“Items ordered came screwed up in packaging. 2 of the t shirts had marks on them and the pair of jeans I ordered for some reason had the hems turned up 3 times so looked as though they had either been worn or tried on before being sent to me. Also disappointed that I ordered from usc but items arrived from sports direct”
