“Very disappointed that after spending a lot of money with your company in the past. You can't be bothered to genuinely listen to my complaint. I'm sorry but I won't waste my time explaining...again...how poor the service that I have received has been. Thanks for allowing me to vent my anger. I won't be shopping with you ever again. In fact I'll now go out of my way to tell everyone just how poor USC is at listening to so called valued customers.”

“Delivered wrong size. Delivery is expensive at 4.99 compared to similar clothing sites. Said they would refund return postage costs but the inconvenience of having to post back and wait for refund and then for postage costs after that is annoying when they/You where at fault”

“Ordered Firetrap men’s jeans and received the wrong ones. Currently awaiting a reply from customer services. The same thing happened after trying to order the same pair from the sports direct website. The ones I received are different to the picture on the website I ordered from.”

“The quality of the products I received was very poor and the clothes were dirty. I had already paid postage and then I had to pay again to return the goods. I will not be shopping with USC again, their service is terrible and so were the goods.”

“Really cheap stuff, and really cheap service. If your order has any issue, do not expect any speedy resolution or USC to take ownership of anything. USC has many draconian terms & conditions hidden away and they will hold you to those terms. They know the prices will keep you coming back. I now use other sites before I go to USC or Sports Direct. A little customer service could have made these companies great. Alas, they are substandard.”

“I like the prices and choice at USC. The service is professional and efficient. My only gripe is the delivery charges. Regular buyers should be offered free delivery to store rather than paying each time and £5 off voucher for store only. Or alternatively make the voucher usable online.”

“8 days since i placed an order, 5th day since " was processed and is with courier" , money has been take by you but still i did not received the order beside thwt you took money for all products but it seems 1 is missing cause you notify me .”
