“Some great clothing and accessories let down by a slightly clunky website and worse still allowing Hermes to do their deliveries, may as well let chimps deliver your goods.”

“Received items next day. 1 item arrived on a hanger with plastic over it upon inspection this item was damaged in multiple places had to return damaged item at own cost no happy. When paying a large amount of money for products this was not checked prior to dispatch seeking a full refund and postage cost as this was not my fault.”

“I tried to get the trainers in my local store, first they said they had a pair of size 9, then they said they didnt have the size 9. I ordered online and paid the postage, when they arrived they were not suitable, and now I am being told that I have to pay the postage again to return them.”
