“First of all, you have to pay £4.99 for delivery to store only to wait over a week for the actual delivery. Then when I received my order the trainers I had ordered were described as white but they were actually beige so I now have to pay another £5 for a return. Very disappointed with the online service and will not be using it again.”

“The order came in one huge box which was not ideal to move around. It would have been better if it was split in two or even three smaller ones. One purse had a problem with the zip. Apart from that everything else was great and the products were top quality”

“The tshirt I ordered for someone's birthday present was so badly crinkled when it arrived and had black marks on the shoulder and on the back. It also arrived one day after the estimated arrival date. I have contacted customer services and have not had a reply.”
