“Rip of postage to store dirty items delivered, missing items in pack of boxers sent back cost me £11 wanted exchange no exchange would of rather dirty item back at discounted price to try and wash and get marks out but no option as no real customer service just automated emails wouldn’t use again very disappointed”

“Ordered and paid for 3 items, received email a day later 1 was out of stock. Once package was delivered, the tops were crumpled/Creasy. They were designer but looked more like 2nd hand. I would recommend to look into your packaging.”

“Wrong item was sent. As there is no telephone number all communication had to be done by email. Not very happy as trainers were required for an imminent holiday and as every email took up to 3 days to reply it was not resolved to my satisfaction in time. Had to ask for them to check to ensure that the trainers I wanted were in stock and the correct ref number was quoted on the site. Then had the hassle of returning the incorrect item sent to me. Could have all been resolved with 1 phone call of less than 5 mins.”

“Bought a pair of puma trainers for my daughter to go away for other her dad off online and had them delivered to my local sports direct, collected them yesterday packed them in her case still in the bag not thinking to check them as never in my life have I received one shoe from any where. Emailed with a complaint as not happy.”
