“Wrong item received. Sent incorrect item. Customer Service is appalling as no telephone to call have to email which takes days to sort. Not a great service when item ordered is needed for a holiday.”

“Absolutely devastated with the service as it took over a week to come, and the item was faulty , clearly been worn , had a hole in it Needed this item for a special occasion so then had to buy something else. Still waiting on a reply from Customer services regarding faulty item . I'm the one clearly out of pocket here . Re bought the same top from a reputable and reliable company.”

“Chinos labelled the same size but 2 different sizes customer service don't read emails clearly as they insisted they where both the same size even though one pair fitted perfectly the other ones two big both the same style & make They refused to pay for return p&p even though it was not my fault as I ordered the right items Won't be using again & will be recommending friends not to use also”

“I went on to buy a jacket for my daughter (main reason I went on) then thought I will buy her a couple of extras for her bday.... only to find they took the jacket out of the order and refunded the money. I went on the website and it will still in stock. I had a discount code for 20% off so I’m guessing this is why they done this, they don’t want people saving money.... won’t be ordering again.”

“Great products and prices, really happy with my purchases. Just had trouble with the Homebase drop off point in Newcastle under Lyme, who denied any knowledge of a delivery and stated they were not a drop off point for any other business. Fortunately, after a difficult conversation with the manager, a store assistant announced they were on his desk. He gave them to me without any word of an apology. Not your fault at all, but thought you should know. Thank you, I will be buying again!”

“I'm a 32 inch waist. I'm 39 years old and have been the same size since since I was 21. I bought three pairs of jeans, two are Levi's and one is Diesel. All are apparently 32 inch waist. They arrive and are all three are about 28 inch waist. So I have to return all three. So it's cost me over £10 to buy and return these items that aren't as described. How is that my fault? Ridiculous to pay postage both ways when the items are rubbish. Fair enough if I changed my mind and don't want the styles, but they just don't fit. Stupid charges, false advertising.”
