“Received item on time but on opening there was damaged goods that was label up as damaged after paying full price. No point ring customer service number as all you get told is to email the customer service which is very poor as I need a replacement as this was a gift for the weekend. Received email today which is a very good response time hopefully every will get sorted shortly”

“Took six days for the order to come .. despite that was ok .. item was smaller that expected but this is not USC fault anyway ( product’s style ..) so I sent it back for a replacement ( bigger size) and I have to wait and see how long it will take them to reply to me if there is the size I want and how long it will take to send it back again to me ..could be a month..could be a week 🤔🙏😉”

“Service from USC was great although they got delivered 5 days late and to the wrong address by Hermes when my address was clearly written. You should look at another delivery service as this is not the first time this has happened with Hermes. The trainers were for my daughters birthday on the 28th and they came today to the wrong address.”

“Hello! I'm not happy with the delivery of DPD. The statuses were not updated, no one called me. If I hadn't gone to the site and looked at the status of the parcel itself, I would never have found out that the address was incorrect. I chose a pickup point, but they didn't deliver the parcel and didn't tell me about it, so I had to choose another one. The bag was opened by someone (maybe at the customs office, I don't know) and taped. It is good that the jacket was not cut. The hanger was sent with the jacket and was broken, it could also damage the jacket.”

“One of my items was cancelled, I asked customer services if they just change it for the next size down and they said no I would need to re-order. I informed that that if I re-ordered I would be charged another £4.99 for shipping when I was already being charged for shipping of my other items. I asked time after time if they could just include it with my original order and they said no, the charge would apply. I explained that it wasn't my fault they were advertising products on the website that they didn't have, so why should I be charged for someone elses incompetence?...to cut a very long story short its been 9 days and I still haven't got my original order!”

“After paying for delivery £4.99 and then £8.70 to return the item ( signed on receipt ) to exchange for a different size . ( That's fair enough ). But to receive an item with A STICKER LEFT ON FOR £66.00 when I PAID £114.99 The third photo shows the original invoice for the price i paid £114.99 The first and second photos show the item i received with the label £66.00”

“Absolutely useless, paid £5.99 to drop off at local shop, they sent it out via Hermes but on the website its DPD, courier refused to leave it, took it away, and refused to delivery it to my house. No phone Number for usc only email, i will never shop with them again 🤬”

“I ordered my clothes on the Saturday but decided to have them delivered to the local store and I was surprised when it took 7 whole days for them to come into the store that seems like a very long time in this day and age 3/4 days would seem more acceptable other retailers do manage to deliver to their stores much more quickly other than that I can’t fault the goods”

“Been nearly a week waiting for my order. I selected a local collection point from the USC delivery list. Got an email and text stating that my parcel was ready for collection only to find out that it hadn’t turned up. When I spoke to USC they said they don’t deliver to that collection point. I told them it was on their website and they didn’t seem to care. I doubled checked on their website and the same local collection point is still on their website even thou they don’t deliver to it. I’m still waiting for my parcel.”
