“I purchased a pair of replay jeans. The product was old stock and the material had a fault in it . I wasn’t sent a return form and had to get my daughter to print me one off at her place of work . Travelled to your store in Warrington to return then and was told I would only get store credit or exchange which I didn’t want . Had to pay for the return post which is unacceptable will not be purchasing online anymore to much trouble . Can’t speak to anyone at the warehouse .”

“Item I had ordered was delivered with security tag still attached, as I live in fife my nearest USC is in Edinburgh, so unless I travel through after paying for delivery, the item is of no use unless I do this, this was the reason I had delivery”

“Had an issue with the delivery, none of the food arrived. Had to reorder but when I did, only the coat was available, somehow the 2 pairs of trousers I bought were not longer online so I’ve had to order them elsewhere. The 2 jumpers are still outstanding as nobody knows where they are so I am yet to receive a refund. I have been told the coat and trousers will be refunded, but no money has hit my account yet even though I’ve had to pay for the coat again so am out of pocket as the moment. The one plus is the coat is of good quality now it’s finally arrived after ordering it for a second time.”

“Having to pay postage to send an item back is disgraceful and a money making exercise. Other companies do not charge to send Items back!”

“The delivery is on time but one of my order doesn't have a return slip and usc didn’t have a contact number to call so i did not bother to return it and my next order i wanted to return some of the item but i feel that it will be expensive to return it because even if its click and collect i spend for the delivery already,so i do not want to spend more money again to return it.”

“If I could give no stars I would! Ordered a coat and jumper for local shop delivery. USC have dispatched my parcel to the wrong courier company, the courier company it's been given to cannot deliver to my opted parcel shop as they don't deal with them and have no way of proving my collection. I emailed USC asking for a refund due to their error and I could order myself another coat as I needed the order straight away, to be told I would have to wait for them to fix their error, wait for it to be sent back to them and then wait 14 days for a refund. So not only have I not received my parcel, and USC have told me by email I'm not going to receive my parcel, they are withholding my money and have referred me to their return T&C's. Not sure why they think that this is classed as a return as it is their error and not mine. Absolutely ridiculous service! Not surprised at all the bad reviews.”

“When my order came there was an item missing. I emailed customer service who fobbed me off with a link to "track the parcel" which had already been delivered and no answers to any of my questions. I am still waiting to find out why I have paid for something I have not received. Absolutely appalling customer service and I am going to take to social media soon if nobody gives me some clear information.”
