“Chose to collect parcel from a collection point offered on the website, Hermes don’t deliver there and parcel was returned to sender. Instead of being offered another way to get my parcel I was just refunded so I’m going to buy it from someone else instead.”

“I do miss my local USC in Uxbridge I find some of the clothes a bit overpriced. But I have always make use of the sales and bought nice stuff at good prices. Overall my experience with USC has been very good, after revisiting your online store I will return.”
