“Nothing against usc but courier service was appaulingwaited 5days for delivery with different message each day last three messages from them was they were trying to deliver it to Thomas cook in the end I phoned usc to cancel the order was not happy”

“I paid for next day delivery it didn't come. Then after I complained the order didn't I was told it was lost I replied saying resent the order that hasn't even been acknowledged. I think it is not very good service.”

“Chose to collect parcel from a collection point offered on the website, Hermes don’t deliver there and parcel was returned to sender. Instead of being offered another way to get my parcel I was just refunded so I’m going to buy it from someone else instead.”
