“Very disappointed. The price on the tag was a lot lower than I was charged. I then emailed the customer service team and I was told they couldn’t do anything about it. I think it’s ridiculous because I’m paying more than everyone else.”

“Parcel NEVER arrived - as it was a rural location Hermes didn’t bother to deliver a birthday gift despite me paying £7 for next day delivery. USC did not help, have not refunded me. NEVER use this company.”

“USC seemed fine, but unfortunately I never received my order because it was only held at the collection point for 7 days and it arrived the day I went on a one week holiday so when I went to pick it up on day 8, it had been returned, which is ridiculous.”

“I ordered a jumper which is on the website but you cancelled this item from my order I send me parcel without jumper. My birthday code has stopped working ahead of time. You didn't do anything about it either. You didn't want to give me a discount and the day after my order there was a 20 percent discount.”

“Not that great service. Ordered 6 items and paid for all 6. Later USC didn’t had stock of 2 items which they refunded. Out of the 4 items one was damaged. Now I had to sent it back with registered post. It they don’t say about the postage charges refund. It’s a total mess. No free return options too. No contact to contact this company too except an email address whic you don’t get any response. Pathetic I would say.”

“Absolutely terrible delivery service! Still waiting on parcels that I ordered on the 2/10/19 now the 11/10/19. First day delayed 24hrs then Time slots given no show 3days in a row. Still waiting was relating on these items for an event.”

“I paid/requested next day delivery however it took nearly a week for my parcel to be delivered even though I paid more for the delivery to be the next day. Not very happy with the experience.”
