“Delivery was fine and item all good. However why can't we choose to have it delivered to the store for free? That's how I get most of my online deliveries and it is free. Charging £4.99 for one item delivery puts me off.”

“Good prices, easy ordering, good communication. Packaging (a plastic bag) acceptable but not great. If you're not home to receive the parcel (after 3 attempts), they'll send it back to USC. No option to collect.”

“Terrible customer service- appalling. Beside the fact that the product are cheap nothing else going for usc. My parcel has been ordered since 25th and 12 days later still have not received it. No one contacted or inform me my parcel has been lost”

“Even though the service was good and fast i received the wrong size shoe in the wrong box, Im not blaming anyone as mistakes are made but it has caused an inconvenience. Shoes box sizes need to be checked and make sure correct size shoes are in corresponding boxes.”
