“For one thing, stop telling me to do the SAME DAMN THING over and over after I've explained that YOUR system WILL NOT allow me to sign in OR reset my password! I am a senior citizen in poor health and now it looks as though I'm to be with NO service at all because your so called sopport cannot understand basic English! Thanks!”
