“Your service is designed to burn through texts and minutes quickly so you'd have to renew quickly. I'd send and receive a couple of texts and lose 30-40 from my total. Wanted to switch to a simple flip phone and was told I'd have to pay $20 just for that.”

“They didn't. They lied. Said unlimited texts. Sent out very few in comparison. Was blocked multiple times. Canceled three days later. They refused to refund me.”

“Your "ADD MORE" buttons do not work at all. You have to make it work again. Otherwise I cannot add more on my data plan. Customer Service told me to use Firefox browser instead, but I don't intend to install another browser just for US Mobile account. It doesn't make sense to me. No, you make us upset. I'm not happy at all.”

“US Mobile didn't make me happy. Your service tries to scam subscribers by deducting more minutes and texts than actually used to force them to buy more. Got tired of having to chat with your reps and haggle over this problem.”
