False advertising and cropping data to the point that it is completely unusable when you hit the limit is ridiculous. I am going to switch to straight talk soon.

Placed an order and cancelled it without notification. Serving with the military overseas and refused to ship phones. DO NOT USE!!

It didn't. It told me that my porting is on hold, which made me a problem, and then later, it said to have "...an excellent day ahead!". I mean: "HOW to have an excellent day?". I don't understand.

I have spent 2 1/2 hours trying to renew my account, without success. At present there is a small circle whirling around on my screen for us mobile login for the past 10-15 minutes. Your service people tell me that that they can not help re-instating my account. I tried calling the number you advertise in large print, and received an automated voice telling me that I had a wrong number. Your site is almost unusable. If I am ever able to sign up once again, I am sure the service will be excellent, as it was before.

Your customers service personal was trying to be helpful but when a manager got on the line he was extremely rude! Laughing on the phone while customer was speaking and being very obnoxious. Very unperfossional!

For one thing, stop telling me to do the SAME DAMN THING over and over after I've explained that YOUR system WILL NOT allow me to sign in OR reset my password! I am a senior citizen in poor health and now it looks as though I'm to be with NO service at all because your so called sopport cannot understand basic English! Thanks!
