“So Far,,,, US Mobile has pleased me and I am no a happy camper with most companies as Most Companies DO NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. You answer calls with very slim IVR requirements to reach LIVE SERVICE PROVIDERS. You DO NOT Refer me to you web site and have multiple predicted reasons for my call. You PUT A REAL PERSON on the call (Almost) IMMEDIATELY. Stay that way. and use reasonable, common sense policies, understand more than simple issues and take prompt actions. Thanks for far.”

“I HAVE BEEN HEARING THIS SAME SONG & DANCE STORY ABAOT WORKING ON "USAGE REPORTS" FOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS, SOMEONE SHOULD LIGHT A FIRE UNDER THIS PROJECT TO GET IT OFF THE BACK BURNER AND SET IT INTO MOTION...... LETS WORK ON IT A LOT HARDER THAN YOU HAVE BEEN!”

“For some reason they only provide Unlimited Data with their network which they say is incompatible with my Samsung Note 4. I was perfectly able to use Unlimited Data with T-Mobile. Now I am forced to try an 8 GB Data plan and hope it's enough to use with my phone which is need for my job. I am unable to get a refund for the Starter Kit/Sim Card so either I have to try this 8GB data plan out and hope the the best or wait another whole with to recieve a SIM card from another company. Rest assured that I will switch to a different company at the end of the month if this 8 GB plan isn't enough for my Data needs. I see absolutely NO REASON why they would not offer unlimited Data with BOTH of their networks. I would play a reasonable price.”
