“This website usually leaves me a little unsure if I have the correct part , the part descriptions are not real clear as to fitment for my SXS machine and I feel like a phone call confirmation would be best. NOW after my recent order and purchase of a rear bumper for my Pro MX Mule, my comment above becomes relevant . As I looked at the bumper photo on line I was hesitant to order because the photo showed that there were NO end caps on the bumper ! So I had to call or decide to take a chance that the end caps for the pipes may be shipped separately , since the caps were not mentioned at all in the on line description ! SO I took a chance rather than dealing with a sales person. BUT it if I had known of an alternative source for the bumper , I would have bought there ! So all that being said the bumper came on time and was acceptable quality and had ALL the proper parts and was a good fit, and was packaged well , with NO damage . so I would recommend to my friend that they buy that part from you. Thank you, Philip......”

“Everything was simple selection to completing of order. Unfortunately the military /first responder code I was sent was expired and did not work. I am waiting on delivery just ordered on the 25th of so I am hoping it is delivered by the end of coming week”

“Ordered cab heat for my UTV. called to verify I was getting correct heater. Talk with rep and he was helpful. Online ordering was easy and I did have correct unit picked the call wasn’t necessary. Was nice to know I could talk with a rep. Only complaint was it said online, unit was in stock. After not receiving a delivery date. I called back in to check was told 2-3 weeks. Had to cancel order. I was refunded and appreciated fast response. I would defiantly shop here again. But I do think delivery dates should be more transparent.”

“The only thing I didn't care for had to do with the discount for signing up for your newsletter. The website stated I could get $10 off my order for signing up. When I signed up I there was no indication of how to get the discount. When I ordered there was no discount applied. After I ordered I checked my email and the discount code had been emailed to me and it was too late to use the code.”
