“I was a bit disappointed with the length of each pendant arm on this. They are very short, so the shades sit very close to the stand. I know it looks a bit like that in the photo, but I thought it was the angle the photo was taken from and that the arms were slightly longer and would arch over a chair a bit more for reading. However, the style suits our 60s house so we’re keeping it. I think I’ll be spraying the shades a brighter yellow, as they are more a buttery yellow and I want a pop of colour. Otherwise, well made and with a very useful foot switch.”

“Light arrived safely and well packaged. Haven’t yet fitted but looks a good quality and value for price. Just one thing, these are not for external use as top not covered. Will adapt if used outside to add top on it.”

“This lamp shade is lovely and looks nice hung up in our nursery. Only few things we didn’t like were that we had to build the lamp shade and that the pattern doesn’t line up on the join. I’ve spun the shade around so that the join is at the back of the room, hopefully no one will notice....”

“Great value for money. Lights are sturdy and good quality and arrived quickly. Only marked down a point as wiring diagram didn’t make sense instructions marked with different colour wires and back to front compared with what is actually on the light 🤔”

“Haven’t fitted these yet, but they look lovely and will coordinate great with our new kitchen. Delivery and service was great. 4 stars as don’t know yet about ease of fitting or quality, although they look like they are standard fittings. Time will tell on the quality!”

“In packing the lights you do not use air bubbles to cushion the lights from hard knocks & damage. Pl. see the attachment. The box was torn when l received my first order made in 2/6/19. Luckily the lights were not damaged. For my 2nd order made recently (October 17) the box was in good condition. I hope my feedback will help VL to improve on packing of the products for delivery.”
