I purchased 2 lights from Valuelights both of them were damaged. I wrote to customers service which were happy to exchange them as I really like them. But the products were out of stock so they offered me collection and full refund. I really wanted to keep the lights so I asked for some part refund or some light bulbous. Apparently they can do nothing for me. Also when you have problem really shows what kind of customer services you are providing. The communication were bad as I emailed them few times till I got negative responded. Definitely will not purchase anything from Valuelights and will not recommending them to anybody. Very disappointed customer.

Valuelights provided good service, however, the product "A3 Adjustable Table Top Light Pad" has a poor design flaw that means that turning it on using a finger/thumb over a sensor-switch can take a good 20-30 seconds. An actual physical switch would have been 100% better. Also, the adaptor does not fit very well. Disappointed as this was a Christmas present.

I had to saw off the top inch of the clip lamp holder to get enough purchase on the GU10 lamp before I could install it, and then the clip snapped off when I opened it. The item was completely useless

A faulty product was delivered. After contacting them they arrange no problem. Ten the curior didn't turn up. I informed them off this and they said they had re-scheduled it. Once again it didn't happen. Now they seem to just ignore my emails. Quality customer service. I have now thrown the item away and purhased it elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.

I was disappointed with the product and when l called to enquire on your return policy l was told l could return the item at my expense which in this case was almost the cost of the product. Not Good

I was quite disappointed with my purchase, broke as soon as I took it out of the box and also the colour is bright yellow instead of cream. Not true to the pictures at all.

Ordered 4 curtains at 72 drop they was no where near that long ive through all packets away so cannot send back. Not impressed

Wrong product sent. When ordering from their website the incorrect goods are automatically allocated. Despite telling the company of the problem the wrong goods were still sent. On contacting the company twice they were resolute that it was not their problem and I must have ordered incorrectly. I have tried to use the website again and to date, it still misallocates; what your press to order gets turned into something else. Uncaring, uncooperative business that DOES NOT LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS!

Sorry for low score. Light fitting arrived from DX the bulb fitting smashed to smithereens. Contacted DX to report. They put my husband on hold for 25 minutes and did not call him back. There was no packing slip from you in box so could not contact you to advise of problem

I've tried contacting them several times and had to raise a case through PayPal to get the issue resolved the light up letter are of such poor quality they more resemble an old video case with some leds attached than anything else

I hav been trying to get through on the phone. I purchased a minisun last week. Firstly the LED bulb was shattered and I had to have a replacement which came on Saturday. Having tried to put the bulb in the light and have it working, I have failed.; The bulb will not stay in the casing of the light therefore it is no use to me whatsoever. Please advise!!!!

Light was delivered well within time but the LED bulb was damaged. Phoned re this and they promised a replacement. That was three days ago. Still waiting. Meanwhile, cannot use the kight.
