nothing went wrong ...I,ve received two emails in quick succession reminding me to post a review despite only receiving them 2 days ago ! A couple of things ..... Firstly , give me time to take them out the box and put them up . Secondly ... an accurate and far more useful review would be given after a few weeks use or even months use, NOT within the first week. The only thing I could comment on is the delivery speed - Could be better . Happy now ?

I didn't receive an email confirming my order. The package arrived dented meaning some of the item was bent when opened. Some of the order had marks on it and i emailed customer services and received nothing back. The items were also massively overpriced for what they are...very cheap plastic. All in all, I would not recommend or buy from you again.

Do not use this company, products are cheap and don't last. You will not get any help at all with customer service. Pay the little extra and get something that will last longer then 12 months. James London

Bought two outside LED spot lights, both packed up after 14 Months £60.00 each, this company can't do anything about it as the 12-month warranty has expired. Very bad indeed will never use this company again products are cheap and don't last Jason Essex

first of all I didnt receive a confirmation of my order from the company, I only had contact through paypal, I tried to make contact through paypal as it was my only option to cancel my order and then the lamps turned up 2 days later. I received no confirmation of the cancellation of my order and then the lamps arrived, which were plastic. I have had no contact from the company, no paperwork with the product I bought them from and have no idea how to return them. I called to customer care line to get some information and 3 times I was hung up on. Yes speedy delivery, but thats it!

Awful product. Lamp came faulty!! Shade could not be assembled as was missing a velcro strip. Very unhappy!

it arrived broken in minimal protective packaging - i.e. a cardboard box with no padding. I emailed immediately but am awaiting a response...

I still haven't received my purchase and have had absolutely no notifications or information regarding this purchase and if it will be with me soon or if it should have already been delivered etc ? laurenaskew-55@live.co.uk

Hi all the light shades are badly scratched is there anyway u can fix this either by replacing them or respraying them I am really disappointed as it's nearly £100 wasted I will email u photos

Light was smashed when it arrived. Very fragile glass & would have worried about having it as light on ceiling to be honest

I am still awaiting the delivery. I Was advised by customer service that it was going to arrive yesterday and when it didn't I though it was bound to be hear by today. Today I received three calls to say it had been dispatched, going to be dispatched, with the couriers. Pray tell me what is going on, I paid in full and up front. I await an urgent delivery/response.

The bottom of the lamp wasn't flat so the lamp was wobbly and I put the correct bulb in but when I put the light on I could smell burning so I will not use the light now

I ordered my item over 3 weeks ago and still nothing I'm very disappointed at the customer service and no one has responded to my queries! Very angry
