The light shades are awful not wot I expected at all they don't fit in properly and have broken while I was trying to put them together never again

Unfortunately I'm not able to write a good review. My order wasn't delivered as per the next day delivery I had paid for as my parcel was sent to the wrong depot. I had to chase this up. I was told I would have it by the end of the week, by Friday of that week I chased again and was told it would be Monday. I then decided to cancel my order and go elsewhere to which I was told I would get a refund. 2 weeks later still no refund and I have had to chase yet again. sorry it couldn't be a good review but this was my first experience with Value Lights.

Haven't received my order yet and also do not know when I will as there is no mention of delivery date.

I emailed Valuelights through their Web site for information to enable me to return the item which I considered to be of poor quality. Valuelights ignored my mail and did not respond.

never received item. called almost a week ago and have not had a return call. spoke to customer service and was told i had to wait to receive a letter which i would have to sign and return but have not received it yet.

The product was described as a "set of 3 nesting ceiling shades". I understood this to be three shades for one light fitting however it is three shades for three light fittings. How is that nesting? Very misleading and therefore had to return the product.

Email sent yesterday - as yet no response! Shoddy product sent in very poor packaging - returned. Good afternoon. I already have a refund reference: CR007890 When I called Customer Service I was informed that I would have to pay the postage. I’m not happy about this arrangement as I explained that despite the packaging, I could not put the tree together as the ‘branches’ would not connect properly to the main ‘stem’. Transit damage possibly or poor quality item. I have since packed up the item as it was sent to me but secured with masses of parcel tape. As per your instructions I have paid for collection of the item, on Monday. I can send you the courier invoice if you are now offering to pay for the postage? With regards,

Poor delivery! Product is wobbly and alot smaller then it is pictured! I have re put it together 3 or 4 times! DO NOT PURCHASE!

Dispatch was prompt as requested but the item arrive very poorly packaged to the point where the item was broken. In addition the items arrived without any box - giving this as the gift it was was very embarrassing. Due to the risk of any other items being poorly packaged, I would not order from this site again. I can't offer details of the customer service as I have had to keep the item and try to repair it as it was a time critical gift.

I am afraid I am going to have to return the mirror because the light is not bright enough to be able to see my face clearly. The lights illuminate the inside of the mirror not my face! Cheers Carol Bartels

I ordered the items three lamp shades on the 25th July on a couple of days delivery and despite several phone calls and promises of delivery dates as of today the 28th August I still have not received them!

These lights are cheap and nasty, I could have purchased these for a fraction of the price from a market stall.
