“Haven’t put lights up yet so unable to write full review. I will say that shades are quite small and don’t know how they may look when lit. It was a very quick delivery”

“The plain glass shades were what I was looking for but, unfortunately, the website does not have any measurements which is something sadly lacking. Therefore, I had to return them as they were too small. I would have liked these in a larger size and even some a lot bigger. When it comes to measuring it should show the depth, the measurement round the outside of the base and the width across from one side to the other, that way you would have a better idea of what you were buying.”

“I was very impressed with the quality and appearance of these lights. They are easy to assemble and look much more expensive than they should given what a bargain they were. They give off a nice light and if you use an LED bulb, there's very little heat transference to the shelf below so no problem using the lower shelves as a jardiniere.”

“Wrong product sent. When ordering from their website the incorrect goods are automatically allocated. Despite telling the company of the problem the wrong goods were still sent. On contacting the company twice they were resolute that it was not their problem and I must have ordered incorrectly. I have tried to use the website again and to date, it still misallocates; what your press to order gets turned into something else. Uncaring, uncooperative business that DOES NOT LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS!”

“Sorry for low score. Light fitting arrived from DX the bulb fitting smashed to smithereens. Contacted DX to report. They put my husband on hold for 25 minutes and did not call him back. There was no packing slip from you in box so could not contact you to advise of problem”

“I've tried contacting them several times and had to raise a case through PayPal to get the issue resolved the light up letter are of such poor quality they more resemble an old video case with some leds attached than anything else”
