“The account registration process breaks all the security advice given by experts. I created an account with a secure password. I received a confirmation email that the account had been created and it told me in plaintext what my password was. This is totally unacceptable and I raised this immediately with the company. They said that the matter was being dealt with urgently. They have however not confirmed that this schoolboy error has been corrected. I am inclined to test it again and if not fixed to report the company to the Information Commissioner's Office. By the way - the product is OK but do not buy if you want to keep your identity secure.”

“Delivery was returned by the carrier (Hermes) as they apparently tried 3 times to deliver - but never left any calling card. Called up to check status of order and was given option to redeliver or refund. As I was in the area, they let me pick up from their warehouse. Items themselves look good.”

“I purchased 2 Decorative faux silk tapered ceiling shade with acrylic droplet detail for my living room and they are delightful the only thing was that the seams were white and showed quite vividly but i found a felt pen in a similar colour which covered them and made them less noticeable but really nice shades they are also silver on the inside, quite different! i would recommend this shade.”
