“I hav been trying to get through on the phone. I purchased a minisun last week. Firstly the LED bulb was shattered and I had to have a replacement which came on Saturday. Having tried to put the bulb in the light and have it working, I have failed.; The bulb will not stay in the casing of the light therefore it is no use to me whatsoever. Please advise!!!!”

“Light was delivered well within time but the LED bulb was damaged. Phoned re this and they promised a replacement. That was three days ago. Still waiting. Meanwhile, cannot use the kight.”

“Wrong light shade sent. Informed replacement would be sent on Tuesday 26th September this has never arrived. Informed now out of stock? No replies to my last 2 emails? I am very disappointed. Can I plead have some satisfactory help.”
