“Ultimately you get what you pay for; one of the cheaper ceiling shades had a slight defect but it’s ok. Very impressed by the other 3 way kitchen spot lamp we brought however; again not a perfect product but had the desired effect and good for the price ! Overall very pleased. If we wanted outstanding products we would have needed to have paid a lot- Valuelights had the desired effect and within our budget. No problem with shipping; quick and good wrapping”

“I ordered a lamp as a Christmas present and initially the base arrived on Saturday in a very battered box with the bottom undone. I refused to accept it and phoned Valuelights to explain, it was agreed I would wait to see how the rest arrived to decide whether I accepted a refund or they sent out another base. The shade arrived yesterday in a much better condition so I rang back and asked for another base, it arrived today in immaculate condition. What fabulous service I rec and so prompt! Well done and thank you!”

“Assembly was a bit fiddly but was easy once I’d got the hang of it, they had made it compact for delivery. Looks absolutely stunning however, works brilliant have been complemented on it already and referred friends also. Overall a beautiful decoration to brighten up a space!”

“Really happy with quality of lamp stands but wasn't too sure about the velcro shades but ok as reflects in the price. Was a little disappointed that I couldn't get the gold inlay to stick properly on the shade though, had to leave it off but it still looks good. Overall pretty pleased with quality and look considering the low prices.”
