“We had a big with the product in so far that we could not assemble the floor light which had a marble base that had a bolt fixing but the bolt was not long enough to fix to the light pole bracket, after 30 minutes of various positions trying to get a correct fix we gave up leaving us totally pis*ed off!!!! The following day Valuelights said they had other people having similar issues and said they would assemble the product and call us, they called and agreed to refund the money due to having the same problem, WASTE of our time!!!!!”

“My purchase was spoilt by the courier MyHermes "looseing my parcel" After several days ngoods were resent. Did find ordering light bulbs a confusion it came up 6 bulbs and a price so ordered and 1 came, you would have thought it wouldnhavebeen picked up In the end I brought 10 identicle make bulbs for the price of 2 1/2.”

“The light shade is super cute, looks good, easy to assemble although a tiny bit fiddly, not totally blown away, it does look a bit bether in photos but still super cute and I recommend, a gr8 addition to my room as I am creating an outdoor theme and it's just something different and i like that, simple but fun”

“Gorgeous light fittings which we're as described. Well packaged and Swift delivery. The glass on the fittings is a bit dirty, suggestive that they may have been on display, but will clean up fine. Great company and really well proceed. Already have other fittings I want to buy from them!”
