“I ordered a Mayfair lamp post. Unfortunately when it was received one of the lamp arms was broken. I contacted Valuelights and a replacement part was sent very quickly. Excellent products and service”

“I was very pleased with the quick delivery but unfortunately the light is too small for my room. No dimensions were included in the product description so I have to send it back. I have asked for a recommendation of another light but this hasn't been forthcoming, only to change the light bulbs. This doesn't help with the size of the actual fitting! Its lost in my big room! They have sent me the instructions on how to send it back so all in all I am very happy with the service and the quality of the fitting. Just need a bit of help.”
