“I ordered two lights but only one came. The quality of the light is great and loved the shade too. I contacted customer service who were very helpful and got the other light sent out straight away - great service and lovely light for the price. Would definitely recommend and use again.”

“I booked a next day delivery, but my delivery was not despatched despite receiving an email saying it had. Then my item arrived without the light bulbs, so they had to be despatched the following day. The lightbulbs were also not suitable for the role. Value Lights were unhelpful and as a result I could not use the item for the event it was required for.”

“I ordered two lamps, unfortunately one wasn’t working when it came so I ema.ed customer services and they arranged a replacement lamp to be sent out to me and collected the faulty one at the same time, so pleased with the service overall”
