“I had placed an order around the start if February for 4 bulbs. Bulbs came quickly which is great however they did not work. I contacted customer services who provided a returns label. I posted the bulbs back the next day. Almost a month later I had realised I had not received a refund. I contacted the team who then requested a tracking number i did not have this and could not find my receipt from the post office having said that you would not expect a tracks signed for package to go missing. I have been for the last week back and forth with the customer service and they are unwilling to help or issue my refund I think what they are forgeting is I would not be im this position if they did not send me faulty bulbs in the first place! Iv’e lost time and money a big company like this should not be worrys about 20-30 pound but to a customer that could be alot or money! I would not recommend this company your better off going to a reputable shop who would be more than willing to help in a similar situation. Terrible customer service not happy overall bad service I would give less than 1 star if the review permitted it. I am still yet to receive a refund!!!!!! Thanks a bunch”

“Extremely poor quality, flimsy, loose fittings, cracked plastic housing and terrible 'effect'. Had to respray myself as they were a gift and I didnt have chance to return.”

“We still haven't received our delivery! I understand that the courier delivered on Wednesday 7/3 but no one was at home and they left a card to say that they would re-deliver up to 3 times. We have had no delivery attempts made and no contact since then, and while I understand things were difficult last week due to adverse weather conditions, it would be good to know what the situation is re our delivery. Kind regards Kevin McLaughlin”
