“Not the best quality lights, slightly wonky and poorly made with glue and folded fabric visible. OK for the price but would have hoped for a bit better.”

“I loved the light unfortunately there was a slight dent in the light but as it arrived the day before the electrician fitted the light it I could not send it back. Poor packing”

“I ordered 3 different lamp types. All were shown as in stock. Only got 2 of the items, as warehouse say item is out of stock. Item not supplied to be refunded, but to order this single item again in future will involve a substantial delivery charge, making it uneconomical. Not the best of results. As for the products which have been supplied, I have had the Minisun 3W high output GU10 lamps before, and they are excellent. I only hope that the lower output 3W GU10 lamps are as good.”

“Lights were nice but incredibly difficult to fit. Also two of the lights ordered were sent without bulbs despite paying for them and I am still awaiting a response as to when I will receive these.”

“I am rather disappointed with my purchase, the shade of the lamp is dented and the marble base has a chip out of it. On a positive note the purchase process was easy and delivery was quick.”

“I had absolutely no complaints regarding the ordering and delivery process. The same cannot however be said for the product itself (Minisun 11W warm-white GLS LED light bulbs). One of these failed within a very short time of installation - something I have experienced before. Reliability leaves a lot to be desired.”

“I paid for next day delivery and the lamp did not arrive the next day - which I can accommodate. But my LED lamp has been flickering since I took it out of the package and plugged it in....”

“Lamps as described, arrived in good order, in the standard time frame, Overall pleased with price and service, and having used the company, would use for repeat purchase. One point, would have been more contented, if could have printed off invoice, and confirmation mail, although perhaps that was me”

“Bit disappointed with the quality...base of lamp was marked I guess you pay for what you get I would rather of gone to a shop to view first...having said that looks nice in my window where you can't see the base...and was delivered within time specified.”

“We thought from the pictures etc. that we were ordering easy shades to put up rather than complete light fittings that required wiring. They proved difficult to install mainly because we had 2 lights in one room in sequence to install and one needed two cables into the small power block not one! We also had to cut the cables as they were far longer than usually needed in a normal room. The lights are lovely but not what we expected. We feel much better information is needed on your description as to where these lights are suitable and for the type of height ceiling.”
