We bought several items none of which had fitting instructions although the description stated they came with full instructions. The none rusting tailgate lock cover has rust marks on the edges already. They look great on, but they are obviously poor quality. Any chance of a replacement? Regards.

Full set of mudguards, okay but fittings didn't appear to correspond with the item, no instructions or notes, needed to make a bracket for rears to stop them falling off, emailed but got no response

Hi Richard, Sorry you had an issue with fitting the mud flaps, we do provide a fitting video on our website and this was emailed to you to assist with fitting the mud flaps, they don't need a bracket if fitted following the guidance in the video, sorry you had a struggle, let us know if we can help further, regards Vee Dub

I bought VW T5 front and rear mud flaps. Fronts good fit and rear very bad and had no instructions. Rears are meant to be secured by putting self tapping screws through the bumper to hold on with very bad fitting. Rears returned and got full refund, got VW OME and fitted perfect. Customer service was good.

Our order for blinds arrived quickly but was very poorly packed; clips holding package together were coming undone and bubble wrap packing wasn't wrapped around blinds. Only hoping they are not damaged,!

the roof rack turned up very quickly but the fitting instructions were very poor. it was photocopied on a piece of A4 but the pictures were badly skewed with minimum information. some of the fixing bolts are mild steel ungalvenised so will rust and the middle bracket had to be ditched as it would not fit. I did not contact them with these issues as I had the rack for 3 months before fitting it and had already drilled the roof of the van so partially my fault

Had to pay extra postage due to my location which was only communicated to me after order placed. Otherwise no problems.

Apologies, but the "Orkney Islands" is not classed as part of UK Mainland, therefore it does cost more to ship with a courier - Apologies.

Bought the roof rails and wing bars. Having been told they were really good , I was keen to get them. When they arrived they did not have rubber bases to protect the roof from the hard plastic feet. One of the mid feet was misaligned. They have been returned and the company has offered a refund, but I would say that they need to be more clear as to what is in the kit. Being that VDub owners are fussy I would expect this product to be a little better finished.

I purchased a set of aluminium roof rails and bars for my VW T5, overall I'm not really satisfied with my purchase, the finish on the product is poor, items don't fit together exactly and they are not up to Thule standard as advertised. But the price reflects this and they look ok once fitted, you get what you pay for. Two blanks for fitting holes were missing and Veedub did forward these straight away, but again, all of the six blanks fit badly and 2 broke while fitting them.

Hi, finding,choosing and purchacing are all fine, but there is no information as to when,how and why by, my purchace will be received. I have to trust to luck to be availlable to receive the delivery, this is why you have only received a normal instead of something higher. Yours D G.......

You should of received confirmation upon ordering and again upon us dispatching, you also should of received an email direct from My Hermes with all your tracking details, to enable you to make arrangements for delivery which was received within 3 working days. Hi my recent order was geR knob and gator 3x stainless door steps whitch did not match the pictures on your web site of the step covers on your photos that are drilled out holes and cut out letters mine were just pressed out letters and holes as for driver and passenger covers all that do is look basis unlike the ones in your photos I did fit them as I thought it wouldn't be worth sending back to you all I can say is the products need to be true to your pictures

Hi Melvin, I am very sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your step plates, however I can confirm that they are exactly that as on the image on our website, the letters are not cut out they are pressed as those that you have received. These side repeaters look nice, but what veedub don't tell you is that once they are fitted, you don't get the standard indicator ticking noise, this indicator ticking sound is now really fast because it thinks there is a fault with the electrical working of the lights, this is due to them being LED bulbs.

Very disappointed that spending nearly £50.00 they didnt include any fixing and washing instuctions , plus i Emailed the company with no response and had to ring the company up in the end , and was told they do'nt supply them .

Roof rack and bars T5 swb, Postage to the Isle of wight was an issue but sorted out very quickly commication with company very good, I was not over impressed with the quality of the product it turned up scratched in several places, fitting instructions were poor and the little caps that cover the bolt holes all snaped on fitting as they were a very poor fit, looks good now installed but a bit dissapointed as it was described better than I think it is

Took longer to arrive than I had hoped they would. Not ev ery one is a vehicle fitter so just a small fitting brief would be nice even the simple things are hard if you dont know!! I will buy from here again just in case Sorry if this is not what you wanted

I brought some roof rails for my VW T5, the rails themselves are fine...but the shoe (the piece of plastic that goes between the van roof and the feet of the rail) where of a very poor quality (from Turkey I'm lead to believe, so not Vee Dub's own). There are three points of contact from the rails to the roof, the middle ones are make of plastic and the support was miss shaped so the shoes didn't fit, and indeed there are three male prongs that fit into the female holes on the shoe....One of these prongs broke because of the fault in the support. To that end Vee Dub where ready to replace said middle supports, but I wasn't happy to put said rails on my T5! NOW, my only gripe, is that now I don't want the rails and I want to return them for a full refund, I'm to pay for the return of the product...which I believe is wrong! two reasons......1 the goods are faulty and are not of the quality I would want to put on my T5.....2 I shouldn't be having to pay out for faulty goods to be returned to the company, the fact I've had no luck trying to find a courier that would take them, TNT who delivered them won't take them back because im not a business and I don't want to set up an account giving out personnel information to a company I won't use again only to receive junk mail all the time! I understand that we offered to send you some replacement feet for your roof rails to rectify the problem you was having which you originally agreed. However unfortunately after this, you felt that you was not happy with the product over all which is why we could not arrange or cover the costs of getting the item back to us. Take care

Very pleased with mudflaps. Not impressed with the screws that came with the product as they do not screw through the metalwork. Screwing through the metalwork is required for fitting the front mudflaps. I now need to purchase appropriate screws.

Bought a bonnet bra for a t5 fit if the item was poor called the office and spoke to a helpful guy who promised to call me back after the week end. Still waiting for this call 3 days later as I was hoping for some advice on the fitting as no instructions were provided.
