I paid £15 delivery only Stuck the sticker on the box It was for a Christmas present for my boyfriend he took delivery and he could see what was in the box surprise absolutely ruined not happy at all they couldn’t even be bothered to wrap the box well upset

Hi Sally, Thank you for your feedback. Please accept our apologies for this, we are currently working on a section at the checkout of our website, so customers can let us know if the items being purchased are as gifts or not, especially with it being so close to Christmas. The majority of our goods are packaged in our own boxes, however if the item already comes in a box and is being delivered on our own delivery vehicle, where we are sure the item will be safe from damage, then there is no need to package the item as if it was going with a courier company. Not only are our own delivery vehicles safer for the items, but the reduced packaging means they are also more environmentally friendly due to us not using packaging where it isn’t needed. Item didn't fit my t5.1 and would have to pay postage to return. Am now just going to modify the item to save the hassle.

Delivery needs to be tightened up. Twice they have been to deliver and taken it back to the depot despite me asking them to leave at one of 5 neighbours who will sign for it if no one at home. Will be cancelling the order if it happens again.

Shame you are insist ant on getting a signature form the person who ordered the part, some people work all week and don't have a partner at home. Acceptance of next doors signature should have been ok

Hi Stephen, In most cases the courier gives our Logistics team a call to find our if there is a safe place the parcel can be left, or if it is possible to leave the goods with a neighbour. Quick delivery but the box and product was not wrapped very securely. Expected better.

Purchased Stainless Steel Wing Mirror Covers , Fuel cover , window trims , door handle Covers ( with cups) and barn door rear latch cover. Easy on line purchase and prompt delivery. All these accessories are stick on and the Fuel cover is a flat plate so it stands proud with very sharp edges. The Wing Mirror Covers are a poor fit and they also leave a very sharp edge , the Door Handle Cups are the same poor fit. However the rest Handle cover is ok although again it's just held on with double sided tape so not sure how long it will stay on. The door handle Covers are ok , not great, I've stuck them on so I guess I can't return them, went to fit the cups and found what a poor fit they were ( bought as a set). It was no problem returning these items via the post office. Overall I was disappointed with the purchase, I think I was expecting a bit too much. The company were helpful .

The parcel was badly damaged box was very thin extra packing should have been used. Cleaning wipes not with stick on parts. Extra??? But parts ok.

My own fault for not reading the description. On arrival I realised there was no fitting kit with the window. This resulted in a further delay to replacing my window and turned out to be quite a bit more expensive than the competitors once the fitting kit and transport costs were added.

Update your web site with correct information about dark blue curtains and saying that the rails are made to fit a T6 as they are not.

Electric window kit for my t5 arrived quickly and in good order. The instructions however to fit the kit leave a little bit to be desired. There is a circuit diagram which covers various fitting for various vehicles...all left hand drive. The wires included are not labelled and it is not entirely clear where they connect. There was also some connectors unused but i could not figure out what they were for. I needed to use the forums to figure where to supply power from aswell. ( switched live yellow and black wire behind the lights switch )Also when cutting the door cards the switch connectors stick out a long way downwards meaning unless you mount them off centre , which is impossible for the drivers side double switch, you will have to alter the body work for them to fit. I used a hammer to beat the metal in !!! They do work nicely though.

I have not fitted the diamond stitched seat covers as yet but I am pleased with the quality of them, I waited a long time for them to be available at a better price as I consider the usual price to be expensive! the packaging leaves a lot to be desired as one side of the box arrived open & the other side almost open! I was lucky to not have received an empty box! These boxes need tape running both ways in order to be secure! I just hope they fit well.

Products very good, seat covers easy to fit and good effect. Side bars good but fitting kit and instructions do not resemble 100% your instuctional video, adjustment was needed. Delivery company was shocking.

When purchasing side bars we do advise referring to our fitting videos not the paper instructions that are supplied by our manufacturers, the videos are far easier to follow, glad you got them fitted and left a five star review for the item! A good service from v dub I got T4 leatherette seat covers which are good quality and week thought out but really were almost impossible to fit the arm rest and headrests I had to take the original vw covers off exposing the foam to get the head rests to fit at all then put the new covers in the oven to heat them up to sufficiently stretch them to fit and use a hair dryer on the arm rests to achieve the same some of the stitching came away due to the force needed to fit in other places .I have now repaired these and after six hours !!! Got everything on and they do now look good but my god what a nightmare !

Hi Andy, glad you are pleased with the seat covers now they are on, it sounds like you may not have standard T4 seats as although designed to be a snug fit they should be able to be fitted easily without the efforts you had to go to to get them on, but glad you got there in the end. There is a fitting video on our website not sure if you followed that or not but thanks for the feedback!

Ordered a VW T5 tailgate rail, which was straight and they expect the customer to bend it to shape. Not really happy, but they explained what I needed to do. What happens if it goes wrong though?

Hi Gywnfor, sorry you had to bend the rail on your tailgate curtain kit, this only needs doing when you have a rear wiper as the motor gets in the way of the rail, we do advise that it may need modifying to go around your motor but its an easy mod, don't worry if it goes wrong our customer services will assist you thanks!
