Very pleAsed with product, however what was disappointing was being told to use a 3mm drill bit, which is in fact too big and should be a 2.5mm. Therefore the first Attempt to fit failed. I would've expected the sales support to have got this right when I asked the specific question.

The service was good but the product was a very poor fit. They look great now but needed to bend the van body quite abit for lights to fit properly.

Hi Dan, Sorry these lights caused an issue, this is a high quality product and we've never experienced them not fitting perfectly, has your van had any damage to this part of the body which maybe caused the fitting to be awkward, let us know and we can look into it and pass your feedback to our UK suppliers, I am glad however you are happy with the lights now they are fitted. I have had 2 orders, both self adhesive parts, although the parts were good quality and delivered in good time, the first order didn't have the pre clean wipes and because of the order cost I qualified for a free gift, valve caps, I never received them even though I did e mail. The second order came with the pre clean wipes but they were completely dry.

Hi John, sorry your first package was missing the wipes and gift pack, if you contact us on support@veedubtransporters.co.uk we will ensure your gift pack is posted out to you straight away. As for the second order sorry the wipes were dry, there must've been a hole in the packaging which caused it to dry out. If you still need some wipes let us know and we will post some out with your gift pack!

got the s/s handle covers and cups on offer, fair price normal price would have been a tad expensive but they are good quality and look nice fitted. Did not send cleaning wipes as promised but used methylated spirit and up to now they have held well, used a hot air gun to warm them up after fitting so they would press on and set hard. I am satisfied with the product but after sales could be sharper as I contacted them through social media ( the only option) and they were very slow getting back to me. Must check more often me thinks.

Hi Susan, Sorry we only just saw your post, the reason we didn't respond is because we don't approve/monitor visitor posts due to the amount of spam we get, we always advise either using the contact details on our website or sending us a private message via Facebook, that way we reply really quickly and get your problem solved, you can always ring us on 0800 292 2005 and choose option 2 and customers services will sort out some cleaning wipes if you still need them! Inital delivery contained wrong size side bars. (LWB instead of SWB) However excellent customer service; quick, efficient replacement. 2nd set of bars correct size, but scuffed paintwork on one corner. (product exposed through packaging) Undecided what to do. Try and buff out, or mess about again with returns.

Hi Andrew, glad our customer service were effiicient in overcoming your initial issue. In relation to the damage to the bars it sounds like this happened in transit as we inspect goods before shipping them and wouldn’t send out a parcel with the product exposed. Took longer than expected to get my product and when I did I was a little disappointed with the final finish of the product. Communication was good though and price was also good. I'm not sending it back because I feel it's more hassle than its worth.

Hi there, Your order was placed on Saturday 17th September at 8pm therefore we processed it on Monday 19th September. You opted for our 2-4 day service and your item was delivered at 1.24.pm on Thursday 22nd September which is 3 days from our first working day which falls into the 2-4 day parameter. Sorry you are disappointed with the product, get in touch and we will make sure your issues are resolved so you are a completely satisfied customer!

Ordered a full curtain kit for a t5 but a cab divider is extra so not a full kit. Rear tailgate curtain rail dosent fit hits wiper motor also ordered for twin sliding doors but didn't send. Delivery to n. Ireland was 30quid and took 3 days coming apart from that everything was fine.

The product was fine if not a little over priced! But there was screws missing from the box and the replacements were only sent by second class mail.

I ordered the prestige full curtain pack (5 sets of curtains) for a tailgate T5. The order arrived the next day but only contained on set of curtains for the tailgate window. I contacted the sales team who advised they couldn't do anything and to email customer services which I did. Not hearing anything for a few hours I phoned to only keep on getting answerphone. I left it till the following day and no emails received and still going to voicemail on the customer service line, which states emailing would be quicker than leaving a voicemail. I managed to finally get in contact with customer services by using the chat app. I was then dispatched the rest of the curtains the that day for next day delivery. Customer services needs improvement as it shouldn't be the customer having to chase up about an error from the company. However the issue was resolved promptly once in contact.

Not great quality and poor fitting design! Not a 10 minute job. Really awkward to get curtains onto track after fitting track (even with small hands)

Ordered grill chrome early Friday morning, paid for 24 hour delivery, arrived Monday pm. Actual strip was sharp got 2 small cuts during fitting. Adhesive strips are very average, despite cleaning grill 1st only 2 of the 3 are holding. I will need to remove and refit with new adhesive. Will look good when refitted assuming it'll come off without creasing as it's very thin.

Hi Glenn, you placed your order on Friday and our 'next day' service is as we advertise, next working day, so I hope you were happy receiving your order on Monday. In relation to the metal being sharp, sorry about this, it rarely happens but sometimes the trimming of the metal can leave a bit of a sharp edge, I hope it wasn't too bad a cut! In terms of the 3m adhesive strip, this is normally sufficient to stick the chrome to your vehicle as long as you wipe the area clean with an alcohol wipe, we do recommend using bonding adhesive with all of our chrome products on our website mainly due to UK weather and temperatures. Had some issues when had the roof painted with wing bar brackets broken. 4 weeks of back and forth. Still can't fit them back. Then to be told we sent you what you asked for. How do I know there is two separate items to attach wing to bracket. Had to send them photo of their own bracket. Seriously.

Hi Hitesh. Thanks for leaving a 3 star review, however please state the facts before leaving a disgruntled comment. You purchased the original item well over a year ago and we offered to help with replacement parts that you had broken. Twice we asked for pictures as we wanted to ensure you got the right part (as sometimes a customers description of the item they need isn't exactly what we need to know) and we never received images, we sent out what we thought you needed then you apologised and advised you wanted an additional part too, again we wanted to check with an image (which if we'd received first time we would've got it correct for you). We did everything we could to help, we called, left voicemails and sent emails with no reply sometimes, and all we wanted was a picture to assist in sending you the correct part, so we weren't asking for a photo of our own bracket for our benefit (we have plenty in our warehouse to take pictures of!) but of the part you needed replacing as your emails weren't very clear. I hope your issue has now been resolved satisfactorily with our customers services team. Regards Vee Dub

Purchased a full set of t5 interior blinds / curtains, first order was wrong , second delivery pop tabs came off some of the tie backs . Replacement curtain pop tabs have come off tie backs . Quality malfunction on the tie backs i guess . Having to replace pop tabs with velcro fastener as they work better . The curtains are fine in all other areas . Cant fault admin etc for sorting out reordering. Outcome of summary ( more work needed on tie back fastening )
