I purchased a set of front and rear polished stainless steel light covers for my VW T5 van, the front fitted and looked great, unfortunately the rear ones didn't fit, When i checked what i had orderred the picture advertised was for a barn door set unfortunately when they arrived they were actually for a tail gate van. I have e mailed to see if i could swap them, but after 4 days i have not had a reply, this is not good for the after sales department, they could at least answer my e mail,

 We have taken a look into your email and can see that you emailed an un-marketed and un-monitored email address of ours late in the afternoon on Friday the 15th. I didn’t understand why your excessive carriage charge to outer isles for goods posted by Royal Mail is the same price wherever it’s posted. Thankfully this order was reduced otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered it

No fitting instructions included need to log on to view a website and no fixings supplied so my mudflaps are still in the box now have to go and get some fixings, find a computer and then I can start to get them fitted

I ordered a set of smoked wind deflectors for my t4 when they come they were black not smoked and stick to the body work I did not read the description properly in fitting so that was my fault. I have fitted them now looks great nice and slim but I would of like them to fit in my window channels not body work

Found out after i recieved the headlights there was no bulbs or indicator bulb holders so not a sealed unit and what makes it worse the headlights steamed up with condensation because of this not happy at all

Black bent gear lever extension was twice the price of the silver one. Fair enough, supply & demand and all that but postage for the black one was also twice the price of that for the silver one! Have been plagued with marketing emails and now texts ever since and can't recall giving permission for these. They want me to pay to send an opt out text.

Brought a T5 curtain kit for a SWB Was meant to be easy to fit but didn't find it so had to do lots of adjustments to make it work especially on the twin doors .

This sometimes does happen unfortunately, however we do try to package goods the best we can to prevent damages. 32mm Roof Bars for LWB T4 Very good quality let down a wee bit by the fixings supplied. Bought a threaded insert tool £40 to fit item which was not expected. Best place visually to fit bars is in the gutter so pay extra attention to the sealants around bolts.

Hi Warren, Many thanks for your review. We are sorry that you were not happy with the fitment of the bars. I have looked into this and i see that you did speak to customer service who advised on what tools would be needed. As stated on our website unfortunately the T4 doesn't come with any existing holes to fit the bars to. This is why more tools are needed to fit them, along with putting them where you prefer as there is no set place for them to be fitted to either, its totally down to personal preference. We are delighted that you are happy with the quality and now have them fitted, i'm sure they look great!. Should you need anything else, please do not hesitate to get in touch. I paid £15 delivery only Stuck the sticker on the box It was for a Christmas present for my boyfriend he took delivery and he could see what was in the box surprise absolutely ruined not happy at all they couldn’t even be bothered to wrap the box well upset

Hi Sally, Thank you for your feedback. Please accept our apologies for this, we are currently working on a section at the checkout of our website, so customers can let us know if the items being purchased are as gifts or not, especially with it being so close to Christmas. The majority of our goods are packaged in our own boxes, however if the item already comes in a box and is being delivered on our own delivery vehicle, where we are sure the item will be safe from damage, then there is no need to package the item as if it was going with a courier company. Not only are our own delivery vehicles safer for the items, but the reduced packaging means they are also more environmentally friendly due to us not using packaging where it isn’t needed. Item didn't fit my t5.1 and would have to pay postage to return. Am now just going to modify the item to save the hassle.

Delivery needs to be tightened up. Twice they have been to deliver and taken it back to the depot despite me asking them to leave at one of 5 neighbours who will sign for it if no one at home. Will be cancelling the order if it happens again.

Shame you are insist ant on getting a signature form the person who ordered the part, some people work all week and don't have a partner at home. Acceptance of next doors signature should have been ok

Hi Stephen, In most cases the courier gives our Logistics team a call to find our if there is a safe place the parcel can be left, or if it is possible to leave the goods with a neighbour. Purchased Stainless Steel Wing Mirror Covers , Fuel cover , window trims , door handle Covers ( with cups) and barn door rear latch cover. Easy on line purchase and prompt delivery. All these accessories are stick on and the Fuel cover is a flat plate so it stands proud with very sharp edges. The Wing Mirror Covers are a poor fit and they also leave a very sharp edge , the Door Handle Cups are the same poor fit. However the rest Handle cover is ok although again it's just held on with double sided tape so not sure how long it will stay on. The door handle Covers are ok , not great, I've stuck them on so I guess I can't return them, went to fit the cups and found what a poor fit they were ( bought as a set). It was no problem returning these items via the post office. Overall I was disappointed with the purchase, I think I was expecting a bit too much. The company were helpful .
