“Bought a bonnet bra for a t5 fit if the item was poor called the office and spoke to a helpful guy who promised to call me back after the week end. Still waiting for this call 3 days later as I was hoping for some advice on the fitting as no instructions were provided.”

Hi Christopher, I am very sorry to hear that you did not receive a call back from your chat with our warehouse manager on saturday. “Recently purchased roof rails for my T5, no fitting instructions and did not arrive within the 48hrs of purchase, on the flip side the rails are strong and sturdy and not bad fit.”

Hi Allan, Thank you very much for your recent review, however unfortunately we were closed over new year, therefore your order on new years day, was not dispatched until we re-opened on the 5th, this was explained on our website over the Xmas period.
