“We needed to stow our luggage after checking out of our B&B. We found Vertoe and checked our bags at a nice little dry cleaner close to a venue we wanted to visit before our flight. It was nice to know we did not have to sit for hours at the airport waiting for our flight. Vertoe allowed us to see more site before going to the airport.”

“Didn't even know this was a thing! So glad we found it! It allowed us to go enjoy the day without having to carry around our luggage! Not "secure" so I wouldn't do it with laptops or sensitive information, but for our luggage and clothes....perfect!”

“Great service. Location was right in the centre of Barcelona so we could spend a day in the city without having any concerns about our luggage. We will definitely use Vertoe again.”

“I was nervous at first leaving my bag because I just didn't know if it was safe but man this place is legit 👍 quick and easy and he stores it in a big locker your items are in good hands I can vouch for that 👌.”

“We made a booking but when we showed up at our scheduled time the place was closed. We waited for as long as we could, but had an appointment to make and had to find other arrangements to store our luggage. I reached out to customer support, but they have not currently refunded our money for a service that was never provided. I am very disappointed.”

“Super easy to book and even easier to use. We flew into Brisbane and took the train to the city. We were able to leave our bags right near the station with super friendly and helpful staff. We were able to enjoy our day wondering the city. Decided to use them for our flight back. Cant recommend highly enough.”

“The man running the storage area had no idea what we were talking about when we dropped our bags off. He did not give us any kind of confirmation or receipt or bag ID tag. He stared at us, and then asked us to pay. We said we already paid online on Vertoe (it seemed like he wanted to trick us into paying more) and then he mumbled and took out bags and placed them in the back of the store. Under no type of lock of anything, just 4 big luggage bags in the back of the store. We did not feel good about leaving our luggage at all, but had to meet a tour group immediately. So we left and had no peace of mind while on the tour. We got back 4 hours later and the bags were there and all our belongings seemed to be in them, but it was not a good overall experience.”
