“This was the best experience that we could ever have. I was worried about how to visit Boston for the day after getting off my cruise ship. We booked with Vertoe to store our luggage and it was wonderful! Our bags were safe and were secure the whole time. I would not book with anyone else but Vertoe. Thanks for a great option.”

“David made all my inconveniences worthwhile. Super close proximity to the Long Island Railroad to pop over from JFK and then onwards to Manhattan. So kind. So helpful. Such a wonderful person. The only reason I didn’t give a 5-star rating is I want to be honest about a few other things. The neighborhood is not for the wary traveler. The store front is poorly marked, the interior has a lot of room for improvement. The company that manages Vertoe (not David the awesome local guy) should make them easier to find online and the confirmation email should have the correct contact information (I let David know). Thank you David. I would have been stuck without you. You made me feel extremely comfortable with you watching my bags. Keep up the great work my friend!”

“It was my first time using this service. Had to check out of the Boston Park Plaza by noon but our flight out of Logan airport wasn’t until 8pm. Used this service to store 2 large suitcases. The owner of the store was friendly and professional, even made sure we knew all the best ways to the airport. I would definitely recommend this location to others.”

“It was fast and easy to make a booking; find the storage and leave/have my luggage back. The service has allowed me to use my some free hours on a Friday afternoon and visits some touristic places. For sure recommend it.”

“The location we were given for our bags had no security and we were supposed to leave them in an open shop area with one member of staff working where they had no sight of the bags. Really unacceptable. What a waste of money.”
