“We needed to store bags for about 8 hours between arriving in London and getting a train. Vertoe on Euston Road were in a great location! The service was quick and easy to use - booked online, bags handed over, seals applied and a photo taken of the numbers then we walked away free to explore without pulling luggage around. Half the price of some of their competitors. We would definitely use them again.”

“The process was easy. Everything went smoothly. So nice to be able to tour around Montreal until i could check into my accommodations without having to drag my luggage around with me. Grateful for your service.”

“This service was fabulous for us in New York City. We arrived with our bags in tow, but it was easy to find and book a place for them. We appreciated the tags being put round the zips, to avoid tampering - and to ensure collection could not be done by us. All in all, I would definitely use again - thank you.”

“We where happy that we could left oure luggage at hotel Montana, near Gare du Nord. Before we took the train we pikked it up. We had a good last day in Paris.”

“Very easy time storing my bag and felt totally confident that everything was safe and secure. I wish the location had been open a little later into the evening, but as it was a Friday night 4pm was the latest I could find.”

“When I reserved online it said I could cancel my reservation at anytime before check-in, for any reason. When I tried to cancel I was unable , and the cancelation policy had changed from check in time to check in date. I have no idea what the facility is like, so I can’t speak to that. Make sure you don’t want to cancel before reserving luggage storage with this company.”

It is stated in our FAQs that "You will get a full refund for any booking canceled before the check in date.
