“Great, quick and easy! Not sure of the name of the person that helped me out but they were very friendly and hospitable even though I was only dropping off the bag for a few hours... if you can track down who did this give them a mf raise, I booked on feb 11 at around 12pm-7pm. Thank you((;;::”

“I entered the store with 3 bags and they didn’t even borher to get the door for me, even though they saw that I was having a hard time getting the door myself..”

“The location I used was not advertised correctly. I did not receive a tamper-proof seal and when I asked for one I was dismissed. I contacted support regarding this issue and they essentially sided with the store, which denied that this happened. If you end up storing your bags with Vertoe, go with a plan B.”

“Very useful service, I was far from the hotel but I wanted to spend the whole day in downtown Chicago, this service was the perfect solution. Place was nice, well located and my baggage was secured. Recommended!!”

“My experience using this service was good and I appreciate that it’s low cost and it’s easy to book. The guys at the shop where I left my luggage were very accommodating and friendly. The only negative part was that I flew into Reagan DCA and dropped my bags in Crystal City, and the location was a .5 mile walk from the metro station which was difficult with heavy bags. Overall, I recommend it!”

“I’m grateful the service was available because it saved me, since I didn’t know where to put my bag. The problem is another: I paid for a service that was supposed to keep my bag until 10pm. It was a laundromat that supposedly stayed open until 10. It would’ve worked perfectly because it was at an event until 8:30 and the laundromat was not too far. The owner told me that even though it says 10, I should’ve come at least around 9:30 because if there’s no client they just close earlier. I had no other choice so I accepted. I actually had to leave the event earlier just to be safe because I couldn’t risk to find the laundromat closed. I got there at 8:50 and it was already closed! Luckily some people were still inside so I knocked and explained my situation through the closed door and they finally opened. That’s really not cool, I guess you can’t trust the time on the website...”

“The location of storage was sketchy. Drunk people were waiting for the store to open. Storage area was not secure to our comfort level. From your website it was not obvious that you use 3rd party stores to utilize your service. The store manager was super nice and our luggage was in tact when we arrived to pick it up.”
