“Good online service, rude service and shabby location at drop-off site”

“We had to change the time of our drop off, so we called ahead to let them know we were running half an hour late. This wasn't a problem. The staff were really helpful and welcoming.”

“I never had left a suitcase in NYC. A little scary as I did not feel sure of the safety or the time he would close his soveignier shop. But all was good when I returned to pick it up at 9 :15 pm. And it was so great to travel light in NYC. Wish he had a room to lock up my suitcase...just a suggestion. Marta”

“The service was awesome - super useful. But the place I dropped off my luggage was pretty weird. Couldn't tell where the front door was, had to call, then find a door bell, then have someone let me in. That made the experience a little weird.”

“Gentleman who held our bags “teddy” (not his name-but name of shop) was wonderful, -personable and helpful. He went out of his way to help us out of towners, making us feel comfortable in his city! NDA crew team was very happy we used vertoe. Somebody give “teddy” a raise!”

“The place was very tiny and very dirty, there was not even enough room to pass the luggage through to store, the attendant did not offer to lock with your special lock. I had to ask for it. It was extremely filthy. :(”

“It was definitely extremely convenient and I was able to drop my bag off and get my bag without issue, but they were basically stored out in the open in a convenience store which made me quite nervous about my bag being there when I returned. I'd prefer not to have to store it like that in the future.”
