“Vertoe provides a very valuable service---that is, a secure, convenient place to stow luggage while you are free to walk about, tour, sightsee, whatever. If you can get to a Vertoe location (on foot, bus, taxi, ride service, car, etc.), you can continue your journey without being burdened down with too many bags or suitcases.”

“Never again. Arrived at our location to find a storefront with no employees present and the doors wide open. Called multiple times before getting an answer. Eventually someone answered and said someone would be there in an hour, which was almost two hours past our scheduled time. Decided it wasn't a safe location to leave our bags and didn't want to wait, so we had to find another place to take our bags. Very disappointing.”

“Vertoe as a service is very cool to safely store luggage near the Penn Station. However, the place they chose, the Panzai tourist store, is really sketchy. You have to carry your bags down this steep stairs into a dark basement that has rats in it. The guys put a lock on the door, but when you pick up bags, you have to carry them up yourselves. They just let you down there by yourself unsupervised. Who knows who is going through the bags?”

“Awesome experience using Vertoe in NYC when we needed a place to store our luggage while we had free time before our flights home. It was a simple process for them to secure the bags and we were on our way! Once we arrived for pick up, the staff quickly retrieved our luggage!! Very simple!”

“Stayed in an Airbnb and didn’t have anywhere to store my luggage after I checked out. I was skeptical of using Vertoe at first but was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. The merchant was great too. Would definitely use again!”

“Everything worked out fine and we got our bags back safely! Our bags were just left inside by the door, so we were a little concerned that someone could have just stolen them, but the store owner was very kind and respectful and nothing went wrong.”
