“The service was OK. However, if I had known where it was located before I paid my money, I would not have done it. I spent more time taking and going and getting my luggage, then I did saving anything. I was a great time waster. I completely missed what I wanted to do because the location was way out of the way from the train station. I felt I was taken by the service.”

“Vertoe was super easy and convenient to use. I am a bag lady and this was awesome to be able to enjoy one of my favorite cities of Chicago without lugging around my heavy bags. The location was easy to access and accommodating of my needs. I will definitely use it again.”

“Reserving a space in the neighborhood and storing our luggage was as easy as it can be. The guy in the shop also organized a cab for our trip to the airport, all in all a great experience!”

“Had no problem with the service. The owner of the store where I dropped off my luggage tried to convince me to buy something from his store. (T-shirt or other stuff). Otherwise nothing to complain about!”

“Super sketchy process. You basically give your bags to a random person in what looks like a mailroom, get your bags tagged and be off on your way. I did not feel safe doing this but at the end of the day I picked up my luggage with no problem at all.”

“The idea is great and adds a lot of convenience. The actually execution is a bit sketchy. We were never asked to share our photos of the id tags when picking up the bags. The place we were using just "remembered" us. It seems like someone else could have come to claim our baggage as their own if they wanted.”
