“I was skeptical using such service, but after reading review after positive reviews i decided to give it a go. After using the service i have to say i will be using it again when traveling in big cities like Chicago!!! great job vertoe”

“Bad experience dropping bags off. Place did not offer tamper proof bags. Hostel staff had a hard time finding us in their system. Another hostel guest shouted at us saying “they steal your stuff.” Felt very uncomfortable dropping our luggage off there but had no other choice. Luckily none of our belongings were gone. I think the idea behind Vertoe is great but obviously you’ll have a different experience based on what location you choose.”

“Vertoe was super easy to use and such an amazing price! However, I was not satisfied with the drop and pick up of my luggage. At the location, I was told “just leave the luggage over by that door and we’ll take it. So we left it. in the open. Unsecured... then when we returned, our luggage was literally just sitting unattended in the hall of the shop. Again, unattended and non secured. I feel like there should be A LOT better security when it comes to leaving your luggage and picking it up. The luggage should have to be handed off and then taken to where it will be stored for the next hours, and then the same concept upon picking up- Going to the secured storage area and handing off the luggage.”

“Vertoe system worked flawlessly. Fleet Street Dry-cleaning in the North End of Boston was an excellent choice for exceptional service and location near the Blue Line "T" Aquarium Station, which is easily connected to the Boston Logan airport.”

“Good location, lousy service!!! (357 7th Ave, NY, New York 10001, United States) Stuff let me haul my luggage (two heavy suitcases) downstairs while spectating only instead to offer help. He promised to provide the luggage on time for pick up. At agreed time for pick up my suitcases were still downstairs. Same procedure--stuff let me haul the luggage upstairs while spectating. No help, no amenities = zero service.”
